Diane is a native of the Pacific Northwest, born in Eugene, Oregon. From 1996 to 2008, Diane worked for Enterprise Cascadia, a 501(c)3 nonprofit community development finance institution headquartered in Ilwaco, Washington. As vice president and program director, she developed and managed sector-focused market and product development programs that provided financial and marketing services to natural resource based businesses operating in rural communities of Oregon and Washington.
