Jon comes to Port Townsend and the Board of Northwest Natural Resource Group after living 40+ years in the state of New Mexico.  He has had a  varied business career including 15 years as the owner of a wood manufacturing business, and most recently, 15 years as a senior managing executive of a financial institution where his responsibilities included managing non-spread businesses and running the institution's marketing programs.  Now retired, he has still been known to get behind a running table saw and continues to marvel at the beauty and variety of the Northwest's forests and timber resources, and the dedication of the forest owners that steward them.
